I had a pretty good experience. The process was smooth for the most part, and the staff was generally courteous and helpful throughout. Sales & Assistance: The sales team was informative and polite. They took the time to explain the different variants of the Kwid and helped me choose the right one based on my needs and budget. I appreciated the fact that they weren’t overly pushy, which made the experience more comfortable. Delivery Experience: The car was delivered on the promised date, and it was in perfect condition. They even added a small ceremonial handover, which was a nice touch. However, I would have liked a bit more clarity and transparency during the paperwork phase — there were a few moments where I had to follow up myself to get updates. Post-Sale Support: I did receive a follow-up call after delivery, which was appreciated. I haven’t yet gone for my first service, but I’m hoping the after-sales service will match the overall experience so far. Showroom & Facilities: The showroom was clean and organized, and I was able to see the different models on display comfortably. While the staff was generally friendly, a bit more attentiveness — especially during peak hours — would’ve made a big difference. Final Verdict: All in all, I’m happy with my purchase and the dealership experience. It wasn’t flawless, but it was definitely above average. A little more attention to communication and post-booking follow-up would push it to a perfect score.
