I don’t have any issue with Renault as a brand, but I had a very disappointing experience with this particular service center. The quality of service was extremely poor, and the behavior of the staff—especially the manager—was highly unprofessional. He not only gave false information multiple times but also lacked basic manners in dealing with customers. I request Renault to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
