My overall dealership experience was good. Dharmendra Singh guided me throughout the purchase process and was polite, supportive, and always willing to help with my queries. He made the delivery process smooth and ensured everything was handled properly. The only area where I feel the dealership can improve is communication. At times, information about the process, timelines, and dealership policies was not communicated clearly, possibly because they were concerned that customers might be disappointed. I believe it would be better to be completely transparent and straightforward from the beginning. Clear, honest communication about the rules, regulations, expected timelines, and any possible delays helps build trust and sets the right expectations. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend the dealership. With more transparent communication, the customer experience could become even better.
