Sahyadri Motors

1. The dealership experience overall was mixed. 2. They committed a waiting period of 5-6 months, and I got a car allocated in similar lines, but didn't get a heads up for the allocation despite asking multiple time. 3. Once the car was allocated, I was expected to complete the process in 7 days, but they refused to show the car before full payment, had to escalate to Mahindra after that they agreed. 4. The delivery experience was top notch, despite the showroom being filled with people, my sales guy made sure we get our time and moment to take our delivery. 5. He also gave a home test drive right after booking, which was very intuitive. 6. The after delivery demo was also amazing, the person took time, almost an hour to explain the features and made sure we understand everything, including how certain features should be used considering increasing lifespan / mileage, or how certain features were useless. 8. They didn't tell me all the car loan providers available, so i had to use park+ to find the cheapest option. 9. For my first service, none of their service numbers were reachable, i booked via app which had 15 days minimum waiting period, but when I asked them to reschedule on the day of appointment due to a medical emergency, they again gave me 15 days later slot. Ended up servicing at the newly opened Unnati Service center instead. 10. No follow up from Sahyadri for first service , no dedicated service advisor assigned

A seamless and premium dealership experience from start to finish. The team was courteous, professional and responsive, with excellent coordination throughout the purchase and delivery process. Truly a smooth and satisfying experience.
