Review for Mahindra Prime Automobiles (BE 6 Pack 3 – Top Model) Vehicle Purchased on: 28th December 2025 I recently purchased the BE 6 Pack 3 (Top Model) from Prime Automobiles on 28th December 2025. My overall experience has been mixed — excellent in some areas, deeply disappointing in others. I would also like to formally bring this feedback to the attention of Ms. Gitanjali Singh, who is one of the directors of Prime Automobiles Private Limited (the authorised Mahindra dealer group) and is actively involved in the company’s leadership and operations. � Prime Automobiles +1 ⭐ EV Sales Executive – Mr. Sunny Yadav Interaction: 90% Satisfaction: 90% My experience with Mr. Sunny Yadav was truly exceptional. He demonstrated deep product knowledge, especially regarding EV features, pricing, and specifications. His explanations were clear, detailed, and tailored to my requirements. Throughout the purchase process, he was patient, humble, respectful, and attentive — one of the most professional sales executives I have ever met. His personality and customer-first attitude significantly contributed to my confidence in choosing the vehicle. ⚠ EV Sales Manager – Mr. Supreet Interaction: 10% Satisfaction: 20% Interaction with the EV Sales Manager, Mr. Supreet, was minimal and underwhelming. There was an apparent lack of proactive involvement in assisting the sale process. No discounts were offered on the vehicle unless I explicitly asked, and only then was a 15% discount offered on currently available accessories. There was no initiative shown to enhance customer satisfaction or provide added support during the purchase. ❌ Used Car Manager – Mr. Sunil Kumar Satisfaction: 0% My experience with Mr. Sunil Kumar was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the moment I submitted my old vehicle for scrapping on the night of 27th December 2025, there was zero initiative or communication. No proactive engagement in customer handling or paperwork. No follow-up on the scrapping process, and the scrapping certificate was issued much later on 5th February 2026. I am still waiting for video proof of scrapping or chassis cut confirmation. I was offered less valuation upon the vehicle’s arrival, and there was no transparency in dealings. The lack of ownership, communication, and professional responsibility was highly discouraging. I would not recommend dealing with this manager and believe urgent improvement is necessary in this area. ???? Showroom & Infrastructure The showroom area is spacious and gives a good first impression. However, the service area is cramped with too many vehicles being handled at once. The washing unit and post-wash area are in poor condition — during the wash of my new car, the area was muddy and wet, and the flooring was in a poor state. The back-end infrastructure, especially the washing and after-wash zones, needs a significant revamp and improvement. ???? Accessories Department – Mr. Mithlesh Satisfaction: 50% Mr. Mithlesh is polite and humble, but it seems he is overworked and somewhat disorganized. I still have pending accessory fitting issues for my new vehicle, and discount offers were not competitive — which left me unsatisfied as a middle-class customer. That said, the staff member Mr. Kanhaiya stood out with excellent work ethic and effort — I would rate him 100% for dedication. ☕ Pantry / Cafeteria Staff Satisfaction: 100% The pantry and cafeteria staff were very welcoming, courteous, and professional. Their warmth and friendliness added a positive touch to my visit experience. ⭐ Overall Rating: 3/5 for Prime Mahindra While my sales experience with Mr. Sunny Yadav was excellent, there are significant gaps in management involvement, used car handling, infrastructure maintenance, accessory services, and overall operational accountability. I sincerely hope that this feedback reaches Ms. Gitanjali Singh, whose leadership role in the company could help address these issues and further improve customer experience.
