My dealership experience was overall okay. The staff was cooperative and the buying process was fairly smooth. The best part was that they offered a good discount, which made the overall deal more attractive and satisfactory. The staff helped with the basic formalities and explained the necessary details. However, the overall experience was just average and could have been more professional and customer-friendly. There is definitely some scope for improvement in communication and customer service. Overall, I would say the dealership experience was decent, mainly because of the good discount and smooth purchase process.

Fast service and delivery was arranged for next day. Discount offered was also satisfactory. Will definitely recommend if you’re going for Hyundai.
