"I have been visiting Mahadev Hyundai since I purchased my Alcazar in May 2023. Over the last three years, I’ve found their insurance renewal process to be very smooth and reliable, having just completed my 2026-27 renewal with their broker. The sales and administrative staff are generally polite and helpful. However, the service department can be a bit hit-or-miss. While the technical work is solid, there are often delays and the waiting times can be quite long. It's a great place for administrative work and renewals, but plan for some extra time if you're coming in for a major service."
