Issuing licenses

Granting of Permits:
The state's RTOs give licenses and permits to taxis, stage, and freight-carrying vehicles. The RTO Bhopal is responsible for issuing duplicate permissions and revoking licenses.
Certification of Fitness:
A brand-new private vehicle's health certificate also called roadworthiness, lasts for 15 years before needing to be updated every five years. For two years, fitness certificates for newer transport vehicles are acceptable; after that, they must be updated annually. The car owner can go to an RTO to update the fitness certificate.
Learner's License:

This includes Pollution under Control (PUC) certificate validity and other checks that validate your car's safety.
Issuing certificates of no objection:
You must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before registering your vehicle with the RTO of the city from which you intend to relocate.
