This is our third Innova (2008, 2014, and now the 2023 Innova Crysta), and that itself says everything about Toyota’s reliability. The Crysta continues the legacy with excellent build quality, a super comfortable ride, and rock-solid performance on highways as well as bad roads. The engine is smooth and powerful, cabin comfort is top-class for long journeys, and the suspension handles Indian roads effortlessly. Even after years of ownership across generations, maintenance has been hassle-free and Toyota’s service remains dependable.
