Fuel average is not as per company policy specially on high ways. Due to battery inside the back seat, tall guys are not able to fit

I have bought it for as a Fuel efficient car and good mileage but the service in Dehradun centre where I did all my services is not good every time we have given for service they disturb the wheel alignment and also reduce the fuel average. Now my car gives average of 13,14,15 and the company claim 20+ so really disappointed with the car
