Solutions Offered

Park+ offered a tailored solution for Emaar Palm Drive which defined the movements to 8 gates and segregated gates dedicated to visitors managed by Park+. A dedicated feature was enabled to provide gate/basement level access to residents to prevent unauthorised vehicle movement within the premises.

At the main gates, automated access is provided to all residents using the RFID tags. Using the state of the art technology, the residents have restricted access to approved basement floors only which is defined by Park+ software.

An admin dashboard is provided to the facility management team through which RFID tags are managed & gate security is enhanced.
