The showroom experience was overall good, and the sales personnel were very polite and helpful throughout the process. They explained the features clearly and assisted with all the paperwork smoothly, which made the buying experience comfortable. However, there were a couple of disappointing issues. The delivery was not provided at the promised time, which caused inconvenience and unnecessary waiting. Additionally, the car was delivered with scratches on the paint, which was quite upsetting for a new vehicle purchase. While the staff’s behavior was professional and supportive, better coordination and proper vehicle inspection before delivery would greatly improve the overall customer experience.
