  9. Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMV): Fine of Rs.4,000

  11. First offense: Fine of Rs.500

  12. Second or subsequent offense: Fine of Rs.1,000

  13. Minor driving a vehicle:

  14. Fine of Rs.25,000

  15. Imprisonment for 3 years

  16. Deregistration of the vehicle for 1 year

  17. Ineligibility for a driving license before the age of 25
