Maruti Suzuki has launched its highly anticipated premium 3-row utility vehicle (UV), the Invicto, today. After opening bookings for the Invicto last month, the company has unveiled the model to the public.
The Invicto is a cross-badged version of the Toyota Innova Hycross, which was introduced in November last year and has gained recognition for its impressive mileage of 21.1 kmpl. Visually, the Invicto is expected to bear a resemblance to the Hycross, with minor exterior modifications to create a distinct identity.
In June 2023, Maruti Suzuki commenced the bookings for the Invicto MPV at a token amount of Rs 25,000 via its official website or at Nexa dealerships in India. Maruti is also offering the Invicto at a subscription starting at Rs.61,860.

Maruti Suzuki Invicto: Design
Maruti Suzuki will make a few changes at the front, such as a redesigned front bumper with two horizontal chrome slats. The new Maruti Suzuki Invicto MPV will be available in four color options - Nexa Blue, Mystic White, Splendid Silver and Grandeur Grey.
Maruti Suzuki Invicto Launch: Interior
Inside the cabin, the Invicto MPV will follow an all-black theme. It will come equipped with a large touchscreen infotainment system, powered Ottoman seats in the middle row, a digital instrument cluster, multi-zone climate control, leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof and more. Maruti Suzuki Invicto gets a10.1-inch Smartplay Magnum+ with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, multiple charging options, a 7-inch Multi-Information display with drive mode color themes, ambient lighting and Suzuki Connect with 50+ features. The long wheelbase architecture of the MPV provides enough cabin and legroom space.
Invicto Engine Specifications
Maruti Suzuki Invicto will be powered by a 2.0-litre strong-hybrid powertrain, producing a peak power of 171 hp and a max torque of 188 Nm. The electric motor produces an additional 10 hp/206 Nm and the whole set-up comes paired with an e-CVT unit. It offers a combined power output of 180 hp. The self-charging electric hybrid system will offer a fuel-efficiency of 23.24 kmpl.
Maruti Suzuki Invicto: Exterior
At the rear, the Maruti Suzuki MPV gets a differently designed three-block taillamps with a thin chrome strip that runs across the width. Dimensionally, the Maruti Suzuki Invicto measures 4,755 mm in length, 1,850 mm in width and 1,795 mm in height. The Invito gets sweeping lines at the sides, twin LED headlamps, NEXTre' LED DRLs and LED tail-lamps. The front fascia of the Maruti Suzuki Invicto will feature a new grille design and Maruti Nexa's signature tri-LED DRLs. Invicto MPV will come equipped with dual-tone alloy wheels instead of monotone setup, which comes in the Toyota Innova Hycross.
Safety Features of Maruti Suzuki Invicto
The Maruti Suzuki Invicto MPV will come equipped with a range of safety features, such as six airbags, Hill Hold Assist, TPMS and more. It is the first Maruti to get an Electronic Parking Brake feature as standard across all the variants. Standard safety features include six airbags, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and a 360–degree camera.
