What is the Motor Vehicle Act?

First introduced in 1988, the Motor Vehicle Act lays down rules and regulations to promote safety on roads and improve aspects of road transportation. Since this has been done, people on the road have become better behaved, and apparently, accidents have also gone down. Traffic fines amount increase has led to better conditions on the roads.
