Not Wearing Seat Belt: Anyone driving a motor vehicle without a safety belt or transporting passengers in the front seat who are not wearing seat belts is subject to a fine of Rs. 1,000 (before it was Rs.100) under the new Motor Vehicles Act of 2019, section 194B (1).
