Stylish Exterior and Inviting Cabin
The Nissan Kicks catches attention with its stylish exterior, blending the characteristics of an SUV and a crossover. Also, it's a rather rare car in the market, so I have this sense of exclusivity in owning this car. Inside, the cabin offers an inviting atmosphere with a neat dashboard and premium touches. However, some scratchy plastics are noticeable and can be improved. Nonetheless, the Nissan Kicks remains an attractive choice for those seeking a unique and comfortable ride.

The well-equipped SUV of the year
As a proud owner of the Nissan Kicks, I can confidently say that it offers reliability and is well-equipped with modern features. The spacious cabin provides a comfortable experience for both the driver and passengers. The 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine is enough for most of my commutes, though I wished for a slightly stronger punch on the highways.

The turbo engine is the showstopper
One of the standout features of the Nissan Kicks is its solid build quality. It feels rugged and well-built, capable of handling rough terrains with ease. The SUV is unfazed by potholes and uneven surfaces, providing a comfortable ride for all occupants. Being a diesel lover I wished there was a diesel engine available, but trust me when I drove the 1.3-litre turbo engine, its performance is impeccable. No regrets about buying this car.

A continuously variable transmission transfers the 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine's 125 horsepower and 115 pound-feet of torque to the front wheels. As long as you keep the throttle pressed, it has just enough power to cruise about town.
The Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance and Mercedes-Benz collaborated on the development of the 1.3-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The Kicks' 1.3-litre turbocharged petrol engine, which is mated to either a 5-speed manual or CVT-style automatic transmission, makes 158 horsepower and 254 Nm.
Nissan Kicks get 14.23 km/l fuel mileage. This is the ARAI-reported mileage for all Kicks models. Kicks Petrol Manual's claimed ARAI mileage is 14.23 km/l. Kicks Petrol's claimed ARAI mileage in Automatic is 14.23 km/l.
The top-of-the-line Nissan Kicks XV Premium Turbo 1.3 CVT has several safety features, including a 3 Star (Euro NCAP) rating, 2 Airbags (Driver, Front Passenger), Seat Belt Warning, Child Lock, Overspeed Warning, Speed Sensing Door Lock, Anti-Theft Engine Immobilizer, and Central Locking.
