Tata Altroz Facelift Reaches Showrooms: Fresh Styling, More Tech & Powertrain Options

The redesigned and fresh Altroz facelift now hits showrooms across the nation's full premium hatchback segment, as Tata Motors charges ahead. The refreshed Tata Altroz facelift was launched a little over a month ago with a tempting starting price of Rs 6.89 lakh (ex-showroom price), with the updated Altroz ranging in price (ex-showroom) up to Rs 11.49 lakh.

The new Tata Altroz facelift is available in seven variants: Smart, Pure, Pure S, Creative, Creative S, Accomplished S and Accomplished+ S.

Multiple Powertrains for Wider Appeal

The 2025 Altroz should have new powertrain options based on customer needs and it offers three options:

  • A 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol

  • A 1.2-litre petrol-CNG dual fuel

  • A 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel

The transmission options provided are a reflection of Tata's goal of appealing to both the typical driver and the modern evolution of driving. The CNG and diesel were manual and the petrol-only option provides the manual, DCT and AMT options; one of the few vehicles in the segment that has a diverse offering.

Bold Fresh Look Upgrades To Cabin

  • Wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay

Starting at under Rs 6.89 lakhs, Tata has loaded the Altroz facelift with a equipment level that punches above its weight. Clearly, Tata is looking to position the Altroz as a high-value, feature-rich hatchback that competes with not only pricing, but also with design, performance and tech.
