BYD Sealion 7 Anniversary Edition: Price, Tahiti Blue & New Offers
To celebrate one successful year in India, BYD has introduced a new "Tahiti Blue" interior theme at no extra cost over the standard variants.
The first 1,100 customers booking before April 30, 2026, receive limited-period benefits, including a complimentary home charger and extended warranty perks.
Chinese EV maker BYD has introduced the First Anniversary Edition of the BYD Sealion 7 in India to mark one year since the model’s debut. Prices start at ₹49.4 lakh for the Premium variant, while the Performance variant costs ₹54.9 lakh (ex-showroom). The special part is that BYD is offering this edition at the same price as the standard model, giving new buyers a more premium look and added exclusivity without any extra cost.
The biggest highlight of the Sealion 7 First Anniversary Edition is the new “Tahiti Blue” interior theme. This lighter colour scheme replaces the regular black-and-grey cabin, making the interior feel more open, premium, and refreshing with a coastal-inspired look.
Even with the new design, the SUV continues to offer the same high-tech interior features and exterior design as before. The dashboard is dominated by the large 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen, which controls most of the infotainment and vehicle functions.

12-speaker Dynaudio sound system for a rich audio experience
Heads-up display along with a digital driver’s display
Powered and ventilated front seats for better comfort
Level-2 ADAS and a 360-degree camera for improved safety
The Anniversary Edition continues with the same mechanical specifications as the standard model.

Free 11kW home charger: Buyers will get a complimentary home charger with free installation at their house.
Free maintenance: The company is offering 2 years of free service and maintenance, reducing the ownership cost.
Extended warranty: The low-voltage LFP battery, which powers the car’s electronic systems, now comes with an 8-year/1,50,000 km warranty, instead of the standard 6-year coverage.
Since its launch, the Sealion 7 has gained a good response in the premium EV segment, with over 2,500 units sold in India, showing increasing acceptance of high-end electric SUVs.
With the First Anniversary Edition, the company aims to keep the model fresh in the market while celebrating the strong response it has received in its first year of sales. The launch also highlights the increasing demand for long-range, high-performance electric SUVs in the Indian market.
