New Delhi, January 17, 2025 – The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 commenced with an impressive array of product launches, highlighting cutting-edge innovations in the automotive and mobility sectors. On the inaugural media day, a total of 34 new products were unveiled by vehicle exhibitors at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Unveiling Pioneering Innovations Across Brands
Maruti Suzuki introduced its first-ever electric SUV, the e-VITARA, equipped with advanced features such as Level 2 ADAS and next-generation connectivity via Suzuki Connect.
Suzuki Motorcycle India showcased three revolutionary offerings: the e-ACCESS, its inaugural electric scooter; the all-new Access 125; and the GIXXER SF 250 Flex Fuel, India’s first E85-compliant sports bike, advancing ethanol-based mobility.
Hero MotoCorp entered the 250cc motorcycle segment with the launch of the Xtreme 250R and expanded its adventure lineup with the Xpulse 210. In scooters, Hero introduced the Xoom 125 and Xoom 160, while also unveiling its first flex-fuel motorcycle, the ethanol-powered Hero HF Deluxe, and the VIDA V2 e-scooter.
BMW India marked a milestone with the unveiling of the locally produced BMW X1 Long Wheelbase All Electric. Priced at ₹49 lakh, the SUV features the eDrive20L drivetrain, offering 204 hp, 250 Nm torque, and a MIDC range of 531 km.
Mercedes-Benz launched the EQS Maybach SUV 680 ‘Night Series’ (priced at ₹2.63 crore) and the Maybach GLS 600 (₹3.71 crore), setting a benchmark in luxury electric vehicles.
Hyundai Motor India introduced the much-anticipated Hyundai CRETA Electric, starting at an introductory price of ₹17.99 lakh.
MG Motors expanded its NEV portfolio with the launch of the MG Cyberster and MG M9 under the new luxury brand channel, MG Select, emphasizing intelligent, sustainable, and customer-centric mobility.
Tata Motors unveiled the all-new Tata Sierra, blending timeless design with state-of-the-art technology to offer a perfect combination of style, functionality, and sustainability.
VE Commercial Vehicles debuted the Eicher Pro X Range, entering the 2-3.5T small commercial vehicle (SCV) segment with an electric-first approach, revolutionizing mid- and last-mile logistics.
Kia India showcased the new Kia EV6 equipped with ADAS 2.0, offering 27 advanced safety and driver-assistance features.
Greaves Cotton Limited introduced premium variants of its Ampere Nexus e-scooter, including the Race and Executive editions, and unveiled the Xyber e-motorcycle with a certified range of 200 km per charge and fast-charging capabilities.
Porsche India revealed two groundbreaking BEVs: the all-new Macan SUV and the updated Taycan sports saloon, reflecting the brand’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. The Macan BEV is available in three variants: Macan (₹1.21 crore), Macan 4S (₹1.39 crore), and Macan Turbo (₹1.69 crore).
Skoda Auto India showcased a diverse lineup of eight ICE and EV models, including the Škoda Kushaq Monte Carlo, the all-new Škoda Kodiaq, and the concept Škoda Vision 7S.
About Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025
The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 is poised to be a landmark event, uniting India’s automotive and mobility ecosystem. Scheduled from January 17 to 22, 2025, across three premier venues—Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, and India Expo Mart in Greater Noida—the expo will feature over 1,500 exhibitors and expects more than 500,000 visitors. Inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, the event spans 200,000 square meters and encompasses nine concurrent shows, 20+ conferences, and exclusive pavilions on sustainability, decarbonization, and technology.
Organized by EEPC India in collaboration with industry leaders such as SIAM, ACMA, and ICEMA, the expo offers a comprehensive platform for showcasing India’s mobility value chain.
