The Czech carmaker has unveiled the first teaser of the production-spec Skoda Vision 7S electric SUV, giving us a glimpse of the brand's 'Modern Solid' design language. If you recall, we had its concept version at this year's Bharat Mobility Show in January. It is a 7-seater electric SUV that will go into production in 2026 for international markets.
When it comes to its launch in India, the new Skoda 7-seater SUV on the Vision 7S will arrive on roads in the year 2027. There, it will rival the Kia EV9.
The teaser features the Tech Deck front fascia, with an enclosed grille having separate lights on the top half. The Skoda Vision 7S gets T-shaped LED headlamp and taillamp clusters, which are the same as its concept. While the concept featured thin wing mirrors with embedded cameras, the SUV's production-spec comes equipped with regular wing mirrors. The sleek new 'SKODA' badge in black finish on the tailgate, flat roofline, body panels with marked design and a spoiler with split design contribute more to its appearance.
The inside of the production-ready model has not been unveiled yet. Nevertheless, the Skoda Vision 7S concept's included the following –

As per the MEB platform, the new Skoda 7-seater SUV based on the Vision 7S will be available with an 89kWh battery pack and fast-charging speeds of up to 200kW. This electric SUV will deliver a range of more than 600km on a single charge.
The 2025 Skoda Kodiaq SUV is set to make its much-awaited Indian debut, featuring a new design, contemporary features, and an aggressive road presence. Although the date of its official launch remains under wraps, the teaser has created a buzz among SUV fans. Skoda's vision of the future, the Vision 7S concept, gives a glimpse of the brand's ambitious electric plans, with a production-ready model to reach Indian roads by 2027. Whether it is the tough appeal of the Kodiaq or the high-tech charm of the Vision 7S, Skoda is certainly moving towards a dynamic and electrified future.
