  5. Blocking the passage of emergency vehicles: Penalty of Rs 10,000-15,000

  6. Driving a vehicle without insurance: The penalty for the first offence is Rs 2,000-3,000 and for repeated violations, it is Rs 4,000-6,000.

  7. Driving while suffering from any disease or disability: The penalty for the first offence is Rs 1000-1500, and for repeated violations, it is Rs 2,000-3,000.

  8. Contravention of Traffic Provisions, Rules, Regulations, and Notifications: The penalty for the first offence is Rs 500-750, and for repeated violations, it is Rs 15,00-2,250.

  9. Driving a vehicle without a registration certificate: The penalty for the first offence is Rs 3000-7500, and for repeated violations, it is Rs 7,500-15,000.

  10. Driving a vehicle with children without safety-belt: Penalty of Rs 1,000-1,500

  9. Driving when mentally or physically unfit to drive: The penalty for the first offence is Rs 1000 and for repeated violations, it is Rs 2000.
