The Toyota Urban BEV Concept displayed at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo.
The e-Vitara and the Urban Cruiser EV have the same cabin. It has the same dual-screen dashboard with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. A motorized driver's seat, automated climate control, a sunroof, reclining back seats, a JBL audio system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and a wireless charger are also features of the Urban Cruiser EV. Additionally, the EV has ADAS and a 360-degree camera.
Toyota's electric SUV will also come with two battery options: 49kWh and 61kWh, just as the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara. The front axle will be powered by a single electric motor in conjunction with the smaller battery. It produces 189 Nm of torque and 142 horsepower. There will be single-motor and dual-motor versions of the larger 61kWh battery available, with outputs of 172 horsepower/189 Nm and 184 horsepower/300 Nm, respectively.
