The 2025 Hyundai Tuscan has been launched at Newyork auto show

Hyundai has unveiled its 2025 Tucson at the New York International Auto Show with cosmetic updates and new features. The 2.5L models are slated to arrive at U.S. dealerships in June 2024.

This is followed by the 1.6L turbo hybrid and plug-in hybrid models later in the summer. There's no official confirmation of the new Tucson's release in India. It may potentially reach Indian markets via the CKD route by the end of this year or the next.

Maruti Suzuki's new generation Swift is set to launch in India soon. It will come along with significant upgrades expected in the 2024 models of the Swift and Dzire. The upcoming revisions and improvements include cosmetic enhancements, refined features, and performance upgrades.

Kia has announced a price hike of up to 3% on models like the Sonet, Carens, and Seltos starting from April 1. The adjustments in prices are attributed to various factors, indicating a shift in the market for these Kia vehicles.

The 2025 Tucson receives a newly designed front end with an updated grille, bumper, and LED Daytime Running Lamps. These features enhance its visual appeal with a sharper and more aggressive look. Improvements to the exterior also include new alloy wheels, anodized aluminum badging, sharp creases, and an extended rear wiper blade. This will cover a larger area effectively.

The interior of the 2025 Tucson has been completely redesigned, offering a more spacious and contemporary feel. A revamped cabin features a panoramic curved display housing a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a larger 12.3-inch infotainment screen. The center stack has been restructured to incorporate additional knobs and switchgear for better control over driver functions like audio and HVAC. The enhancements extend to the center console, steering wheel, and door panel accents for a more modern look and improved usability. This includes a dashboard tray above the glovebox for added storage.

In the tech realm, the 2025 Tucson offers a column-mounted shift lever for transmission control. This provides a redesigned center console with more space. All trims now feature a larger, hoodless 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with faster processing speeds, enhanced colors, improved graphics, and simplified layouts for user-friendly interactions. Moreover, a wireless device quick-charging pad (15-watt) has been relocated to a more convenient location for the driver's ease of access.
