Tata Curvv India Launch on August 7

Tata Motors has confirmed that the Curvv SUV coupe will launch in India on August 7. This new model will be the first mass-market SUV coupe in India, offering a stylish alternative to midsize SUVs.

Tata Curvv Exterior and Interior Design

The Tata Curvv, based on the Nexon, features a similar design language:

  • Exterior: Signature split-LED headlamp setup, gloss-black cladding, split tail lamps, and a coupe-like roofline. EV and ICE models will be distinguished by different bumpers and LED light signatures.

  • Dimensions: The Curvv is 313mm longer than the Nexon with a 62mm longer wheelbase.

  • Interior: Includes a four-spoke illuminated steering wheel from the Harrier and Safari, a 10.25-inch screen for the instrument cluster, and digital dials. The EV variant might feature unique switchgear and additional features. Other notable features include a wireless charger, a 360-degree camera, ventilated seats, connected car features, and a panoramic sunroof.

Tata Curvv Powertrain Options

  • Petrol: A 125hp, 1.2-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with manual and automatic gearbox options.

  • Diesel: Uses the Nexon’s 1.5-litre, four-cylinder unit.

  • Electric: Based on Tata’s Gen 2 acti.ev architecture, expected to offer a range of 450-500km.
