Most Magnite variants are now costlier by up to Rs 4,000, while the base Visia petrol manual and its CNG version go up by Rs 1,400. Nissan's website lists the range at Rs 5,69,400 to Rs 10,99,000 (ex-showroom).
This is the second increase since September and the third reported revision of 2026, counting the January hike of up to 3 percent. Nissan has not stated a reason for the September or October changes.
Most variants rose by up to Rs 4,000 as per Nissan’s official website data
| Variant | Now | Rise |
|---|---|---|
| Visia MT | Rs 5.694 lakh | Rs 1,400 |
| Visia AMT | Rs 6.300 lakh | Rs 3,000 |
| Acenta MT | Rs 6.870 lakh | Rs 4,000 |
| N-Connecta MT | Rs 7.500 lakh | Rs 4,000 |
\*All prices are ex-showroom.*
The pattern matters more than any single step. January brought a hike of up to 3 percent across the range.
In September, most variants rose by Rs 1,000 to Rs 3,000, with the Tekna petrol manual dual-tone going up by Rs 6,500. The Visia, Visia Plus and Acenta CNG were left out at that time, but the Visia CNG is included in the October round.
Nissan has offered no explanation for any of these. Other carmakers that raised prices around the same time pointed to input costs or exchange rates, but no report ties those factors to the Magnite, so any link remains speculation.
For someone booking a Magnite now, the October rise is a few thousand rupees, and smallest at the entry level. The bigger swing may come from dealers. Reported October offers go from Rs 42,000 to even Rs 1.06 lakh on select turbo variants, but that is a maximum combining cash, exchange and corporate benefits, so what you actually get depends on eligibility.
With small hikes arriving every few weeks, the sensible move is to ask your dealer for a fresh on-road quote and the current offer sheet before you commit.
