Nissan Gravite Previews Dual Screens and Adjustable Seating Before India Release

The much-awaited Gravite MPV from Nissan is almost ready for its February 17, 2026, premiere in India, and new information from recent teaser releases gives consumers a clear idea of what to expect.
Designed to stand out in a competitive market, the Gravite, Nissan's second multipurpose car in the nation, combines modern inside technology with reasonable usability.
Bringing an updated dashboard to the small MPV class, the Gravite's twin digital display system is one of its standout characteristics. With an 8-inch central touchscreen that supports wireless smartphone mirroring, the cabin takes inspiration from the infotainment and cluster design of the Nissan Magnite, which is a welcome improvement in this price range.
For a sleeker, more modern appearance, the fully digital instrument cluster has also been redesigned, with a fuel gauge on either side of the main panel and the rev-counter above the speed readout and warning indicators.
The dual-tone interior, which has a subtle beige-over-black motif and attempts to improve the cabin feel, goes well with the screens. In keeping with its emphasis on a sophisticated everyday experience, Nissan has also hinted at further comfort elements, including steering-mounted controls and high-quality upholstery.
The detachable third-row seating is a very useful feature for families and regular travellers. This configuration, in contrast to many competitors' fixed seats, enables owners to alternate between a seven-seat arrangement and a roomier five-seat arrangement with additional boot space, which is perfect for weekend bags or large objects.
Due to its adaptability, the Gravite is on par with other cars that are useful, such as the Renault Triber.
The Gravite is verified to have a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder gasoline engine under the hood that produces 72 horsepower and 96 Nm of torque. A Manual Transmission (MT) or an Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) will be available to buyers, satisfying both gearheads and those who value convenience when driving in stop-start urban environments.
The Gravite's size and feature list indicate that, despite its MPV label, it will appeal to consumers from both the hatchback and compact sedan markets, with competitors ranging from daily drivers to budget-conscious commuters. Families and city dwellers may find its tech mix, well-considered seating, and adaptable arrangement appealing.
