The 'Blackstorm' edition of the Comet is to be introduced in the country by JSW MG Motor India. Although essentially based on the existing variants, the special edition will have some enhancements cosmetically and in terms of equipment.

The upcoming Comet Blackstorm gets similar equipment as the Blackstorm Editions we have seen. It comes with an all-black exterior which is highlighted by red accents on the fog lamp surround, front bumper skid plates, side cladding, and wheel caps. The Morris Garages logo will have a red font on the front, while there is an exclusive badge for the EV on the front fender.

You are well aware of MG's Gloster, Hector, and ZS EV Blackstorm Editions. The cabin space of the Comet Blackstorm edition will also share the same transformation. The set of leatherette seats will display unique branding along with the remaining features being all but identical to the existing lineup, such as a four-speaker system among others. Concerning the powertrain, this will be persisted with a 17.4kWh prismatic cell battery.
