Ever since the introduction of the AMG GT63 and Pro, Mercedes-Benz India is gearing up to launch yet another refreshing performance-laden model, the AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ coupe.

Scheduled to be released on 12 August 2025, the super-performance coupe will combine raw performance, design prowess, and some superior craftsmanship to enhance the AMG portfolio offered by the German marque in India.

High 3.0 L inline six-cylinder engine and blistering acceleration

The thumping heart in the middle of the CLE 53 is a 3.0-litre, six-cylinder engine that was thoroughly tested by AMG. It produces a whopping 442.5bhp and 560Nm of torque, which is sufficient to power the coupe to reach 100kmph in only 4.2 seconds.

Speed is electronically restricted to 250kmph so that it provides an exciting driving experience to the enthusiasts. The engine has been matched with the AMG TCT 9G transmission, which is a multi-clutch automatic transmission that is claimed to shift gears in a flash and is described by the company to be razor sharp.

Sensational AMG Styling Both Inside And Out

The CLE 53 will retain the AMG stylings like the flaring wheel arches, characteristic AMG grille and optionally, will have matte black 20-inch alloy wheels. The back is emphasized by two exhaust pipes in the shape of twin tail pipes and a chrome finished AMG fuel cap that rounds up the performance-oriented approach to design.

The interior is also sporty and luxurious. All seats are covered with Nappa leather and red stitching as well as accents on seats, air vents, and the steering wheel give the model a bold personality.

Mercedes would also be introducing a special edition one in yellow accents on interior and AMG logo on the sides along with dark chrome trimmings, which would suit those who want exclusive ones.

Expectations: What to Expect

This AMG Mercedes will mark the continued growth of the brand in the country, and the model will appeal to it since customers in India love speed but do not want to miss out on the usability and luxury of a car.

The CLE 53 is another milestone towards the brand policy of providing the best state-of-art performance machines that suit the Indian market and this car is set to launch in India soon.
