Creta Hyundai has been a game-changer in the Indian SUV market over the last decade, and to mark this achievement, the manufacturer has introduced three special editions: Creta King, King Limited Edition, and King Knight. These high-end trims range from ₹17.88 lakh (ex-showroom) and are the priciest models in the range; they are also equipped with a combination of new features and design accents.
Some of the higher-end features included in the Creta King include 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, a driver power seat memory, an eight-way powered passenger seat that has a walk-in device, and a dashcam.
The technological changes are wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, dual-zone automatic climate control, and sliding front armrest storage. Practical extras such as the seatback table with an in-built IT device and a special King emblem distinguish this edition. There is also the choice of Black Matte paint finish for the buyers.
Based on the King trim, the King Limited Edition has branding information throughout the cabin, such as seat belt covers, headrest cushions, carpet mats, key cover, and door cladding. It is also driven by the 1.5 litre petrol IVT and 1.5 litre diesel automatic engines with paint choices of Abyss Black, Atlas White and Black Matte.
The Creta King Knight model is designed in all-black treatment with matte black 18-inch alloys and the Knight logo. It has the same feature list as the King inside, with powered seats, a dashcam, and dual-zone climate control, as well as wireless smartphone integration and comes with the same engine options as the Limited Edition, i.e. 1.5 litre petrol IVT and 1.5 litre diesel automatic engines.
In addition to these versions, Hyundai has also launched upgrades on the Creta lineup, such as dual-zone automatic climate control, a dashcam, wireless connectivity with smartphones, and 18-inch alloy wheels. These updates are also applied to the sporty Creta N Line, which makes it even more appealing.
