Citroen India has unveiled exciting year-end discounts across its lineup, offering substantial benefits on popular models. Apart from the flagship C5 Aircross, discounts extend to the Basalt Coupe-SUV, Aircross SUV, and the C3 and eC3 EV hatchbacks.
These offers arrive amid moderate sales performance, with Citroen averaging monthly dealer dispatches of 648 units between June and November 2024.

Customers eyeing the Citroen Basalt Coupe-SUV can enjoy discounts of up to ₹80,000 this month. While the Basalt witnessed an impressive launch with 579 units sold initially, sales have tapered in recent months. Despite this, it remains Citroen's top seller, averaging 198 units from August to November. However, November 2024 saw just 47 units sold.
The Basalt is available in four trims: You, Plus, Max, and Max Dual Tone, with two engine options—a 1.2-litre 82hp naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.2-litre 110hp turbo-petrol engine. The turbo variant is the only one offering an automatic gearbox.
Prices for the Basalt range between ₹7.99 lakh and ₹13.95 lakh (ex-showroom), and it recently received a 4-star Bharat NCAP crash test rating.
The Aircross SUV, known for its 5 and 5+2-seater configurations, boasts discounts of up to ₹1.75 lakh this December. Sharing powertrain options with the Basalt, the Aircross is priced between ₹8.49 lakh and ₹14.55 lakh (ex-showroom).
Citroen's average monthly dispatches of the Aircross stand at 98 units over the last six months, prompting the substantial discount offers.
Citroen’s entry-level hatchback, the C3, offers benefits of up to ₹1 lakh, depending on the variant. Competing against rivals like the Maruti Suzuki Ignis, Tata Punch, and Hyundai Exter, the C3 is priced between ₹6.16 lakh and ₹10.27 lakh (ex-showroom).
Equipped with the same powertrain options as the Basalt, the C3 has maintained steady sales, averaging 246 units dispatched monthly over the past six months.
Citroen’s sole electric offering, the eC3, comes with discounts of up to ₹80,000 this December. Positioned as a competitor to the Tata Tiago EV, the eC3 features a 29.2kWh battery pack, offering a real-world range of approximately 228km.
Prices for the eC3 range between ₹12.76 lakh and ₹13.56 lakh (ex-showroom), with Citroen dispatching an average of 105 units to dealerships monthly over the past six months.
