RTO Form 30 mentions that all upcoming legalities regarding the vehicle being sold must be transferred to the vehicle's new owner. Once your vehicle is sold to the buyer, you must complete and submit RTO Form 30 to the RTO within 14 days. Like RTO Form 29, you will need two copies of Form 30 RTO.
