Steps for filling up Form 35
There are two separate parts in this form. The first part is called the introductory part, and the other is known as the concluding part.
- You must mention information about the registered owner and the financer in the first part.
- One has to mention that the agreement is being terminated.
- Write the name of the RTO on the form's top-left corner. Mention the RTO where the vehicle was registered.
- Write the number of your vehicle as mentioned on the RC.
- Next, you have to sign this application form.
- The financier must also put their thumb impression or signature on the form.
- The registering authority's representative will enter the address of the RTO and the reference number in the second part. The date when the agreement was terminated must also be entered on the form.
- Finally, the RTO authority has to sign this form and put the date. They must also write the financer's name and the registering authority.
