You can give a missed call to 7406575500 from your registered mobile number. And you will receive a text notification on your number. Every time you pass a poll plaza, an alert text message is sent to your mobile number, saying that the balance has been deducted from your account. Login to the Kotak FASTag Portal https://fastag.kotak.com/ with your user id credentials. And view your FASTag balance.
Install the Park+ app through play or the App store. You will be asked for your registered mobile number, and a verification OTP will be sent to the mobile number. You will need to click on services to proceed forward, and FASTag will be on the top. Enter your vehicle number, and you will be able to see your FASTag balance.
