The Tata Safari is the premium SUV offering from the Tata lineup that has been built on the OMEGARC architecture derived from Land Rover s D8 platform. It is offered in six trims and a Dark and Red Dark edition. The car uses a 2.0-litre diesel engine that comes mated to a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic that pushes out 170 bhp of power and 350 Nm of peak torque. The company claims a mileage of 16 kmpl for the manual and 14 kmpl for the automatic. It comes packed to the brim with features which include a panoramic sunroof, wireless charger, and a 9-speaker audio system, to name a few.
