Solutions Offered

Park+ offered a customized solution for Cleo County, where a pre-existing boom barrier was integrated with our state-of-the-art cloud-based RFID technology at 6 gates. Integrating their pre-existing RFID tags into our setup for maximum resident ease, we created a seamless end-to-end journey optimised for resident ease.

The Park+ Admin Dashboard also allowed for Management ease, giving them a bird’s eye visibility of resident mobility, allowing them to better manage manpower, drive parking management and higher tenant management by giving them complete visibility on a tenant’s residency and control over deactivating RFID tags remotely.

Our biggest victory was solving the recurring concerns in servicing they faced, with pre-defined SLAs and a rapid TAT for servicing with on-site repair, with an additional live support feature available to management within their RWA Dashboard
