As leaders in the parking management and solutions space, Park+ came up with the idea of providing additional parking slots in the vicinity of Arcesium’s office premises in conjunction with a digital valet service.

Parking Discovery: Park+ developed an innovative solution to partner with contractors close to the corporate office premises to resolve their parking problems. We undertook a drive to explore unutilised plots, buildings, or any unutilised inventory nearby. These spaces were then contracted as suitable alternatives for employees to use for parking.
Digital Valet Service: With the Park+ valet solution, we digitised the complete valet network of in-house and outsourced drivers.
Pricing advantage: We determined fixed rates throughout the contract and provided complete invoicing for GST benefit.
No dealing with unorganised vendors: We ensure all legal/taxation compliances and have a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) to maintain relationships with parking contractors.
User authentication: With the Park+ system, only employees with allocated parking can access the slots via RFID tags, thus avoiding unauthorised users.
Get my Car Feature: Users can select the “Get my Car” option on the Park+ app to request the valet retrieve their car.
Elevated user experience: The Get my Car feature eliminates wait times for users to get their car back.
Ease of communication: All parking-related communication can be done through the Park+ app, and necessary details are available.
With increased available parking spaces, Arcesium can now provide parking to all its employees. With the help of Park+ solutions, employees at Arcesium do not have to spend time looking for parking slots and can use the existing slots optimally. Arcesium’s administration today has the flexibility to augment the parking infrastructure and exercise control over its parking ecosystem, thereby facilitating the decision-making process.
