Mercedes-Benz Inaugurates New Showroom in Patna

With an objective of establishing itself on a stronger foothold in the B-cities, Mercedes-Benz India has, with much formal inaugural presence, opened up its first showroom in Patna, Bihar.

The new dealership that is run by Group Landmark, a long-term partner with a strong presence in the markets of eastern India, such as Mumbai and Gujarat, becomes the entry point to a very fast-developing luxury car segment in the East.

The new showroom, which extends over 16,500 square feet and is located right in the heart of Patna, will provide top-notch and all-immersive automotive retailing.

The facility has a premium-end luxurious vehicle lounge, handover bay, and customer-specific hospitality areas as per the global brand philosophy of Mercedes-Benz. It also ensures that the customers are taken care of and given the maximum attention during the purchasing process.

The new space signifies the company's ‘Go to Customer’ strategy, which is a move to bring the luxury brand nearer to customers within the emerging and underserved markets.

Luxury Buyer of Patna- Designed to Suit

The relocation, besides making the high-end German engineering more accessible to the rich customers in Patna, will also put the city on the national luxury car map. The facility has a Mercedes-Benz electrified Vehicle (EV)-ready 60kW DC fast charger, making it suitable to host the rising number of electric vehicles available in the market.

Besides, the showroom is also going to provide brand-exclusive merchandise, which will further increase the experience of ownership.

Expansion Plans Beyond Patna

This is only the start in Patna dealership. Mercedes-Benz India has started to aggressively reach out to other major cities such as Kanpur and Varanasi, which is an indicator of expansion into smaller cities that are economically booming in India.

The luxury car Mercedes-Benz sells a lot more with this new showroom than the cars in the showroom itself. In this new showroom, it is selling a statement that says it is a luxury car and gives a promise of localized service and commitment from the new showroom person who is seeking performance as well as prestige.
