Audi has introduced the RS6 Avant GT, a limited edition that serves as a tribute to its V8 super-estate, coinciding with the brand's expansive shift towards electrification. Considered a road-legal evolution of the audacious RS6 GTO concept, which was conceived in 2020 by a team of Audi apprentices and drew inspiration from the iconic 1989 IMSA GTO race car, the RS6 GT is based on the top-tier Performance version of the RS6. This model marks a significant milestone for Audi, being the first to incorporate carbon fiber for its bonnet, wing, and wheels.

The RS6 Avant GT boasts a design meticulously crafted to closely resemble the GTO concept. It arrives with a distinctive livery available in two exclusive paint finishes. The first variant showcases white, grey, and red hues with white wheels, while the second variant opts for grey and black. The aero enhancements include a motorsport-inspired double wing, a functional rear diffuser, and a more aggressive front splitter – all contributing to an elevated level of performance. The removal of roof rails and aero-optimized 22-inch wheels further enhance its visual appeal.

Stepping inside, the RS6 GT envelops occupants in luxury, featuring seats upholstered in suede-like Dinamica material. The interior showcases red and bronze stitching on the seats, steering wheel, and floor mats, adding a touch of sophistication. Each unit will come with a unique model number plaque, providing an exclusive touch for discerning buyers.

Beyond aesthetics, Audi has fine-tuned the suspension and rear differential to amplify the car's agility, especially in Dynamic mode. Under the hood, the RS6 Avant GT houses the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine found in the regular RS6, delivering an impressive 630hp and 848Nm of torque to all four tires. Through the integration of lightweight materials and aerodynamic refinements, the RS6 Avant GT accelerates from 0-100kph in 3.3 seconds and accomplishes the 0-200kph sprint in 11.5 seconds – marking a notable improvement of 0.1sec and 1.5sec, respectively. The top speed remains capped at 305kph, offering a blend of performance and exclusivity for automotive enthusiasts worldwide.
