Maruti Suzuki Unveils Grand Vitara Phantom Blaq Edition with Striking Matte Finish

The Phantom Blaq Edition brings a bold new look to Maruti Suzuki's popular midsize SUV, the Grand Vitara. The new special edition is part of the brand celebrating Nexa's 10th anniversary, and, at the same time, it is the reaction to all-black editions' growing popularity in the SUV segment.

Even though the launch is not announced yet with its price tags, this Phantom Blaq Edition will be advertised as a variant to be sold with luxury cosmetic enhancements to its base version.

Outer Modifications: Matte Black and Stealth Exterior styling

The Phantom Blaq Edition is impressive because it features the Matte Black paint finish, which is unique in its spreading over the SUV bodywork.

All the chrome applications have been replaced with blacked-out trim details, except the window surrounds and Maruti Suzuki badges, giving it a stealthy look.

The menacing stance is also completed by the fact that it rides on black-finished 17-inch alloy wheels. It comes only on the Alpha+ strong-hybrid model and is a niche option as well, but one that buyers will certainly clamor to get their hands on.

Interior and Options: High-Standard Cabin Maintained

The interiors are left as is, but the exteriors are made bolder. The already existing Alpha+ strong-hybrid variant unsurprisingly already comes equipped with an all black interior, and includes a leatherette interior as well as some champagne gold decorations.

Features on the list of equipment are as voluminous as usual and include attractions such as a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, heads-up display, wireless charger, and 6-speaker Clarion sound system with 2 tweeters.

Strong-Hybrid efficiency: Powertrain

Using the forceful-crossbreed arrangement of the Grand Vitara, the Phantom Blaq Edition can use a 1.5-liter, three-cylinder gas motor with a 0.76kWh lithium-ion battery and an electric motor in the front.

When combined, the system delivers 116hp in a combination with eCVT automatic transmission. A highly economical 27.97kpl is a boast that Maruti makes, hardly an SUV in its range can beat this fuel-efficiency.

Conclusion

The Grand Vitara Phantom Blaq Edition is also targeted directly at consumers interested in the combination of the best hybrid technology and unique design, stealth-like. The exclusive look and limited production make it a highly desirable choice with its exclusivity and features not getting compromised by either efficiency or looks.
