Highlights the improved design, features, and price range of the brand-new 2026 Kia Seltos debut in India.
The key technological advancements, safety features, engine options, and what makes it unique in the SUV market.
With a newly revised exterior that makes it stand out on the road, Kia's all-new 2026 Seltos makes its premiere in India. The new SUV, which is based on the company's worldwide K3 platform, is noticeably bigger than its predecessor. It has a broader stance, a redesigned grille with a striking digital tiger-face theme, flush door handles, and bright LED lighting throughout.
Stylish features like 18-inch alloy wheels and new colour options, including Morning Haze and Magma Red, enhance its appeal, and its proportions have increased to provide additional cabin space and comfort.
Entering the Seltos reveals a significant advancement in sophistication and technology. The focal point is a large panoramic display panel that combines the center touchscreen and driver's digital cluster to provide a smooth and high-end user experience.
Ventilated front seats, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, and a Bose sound system for improved entertainment are examples of comfortable features. The style and quality of the interior have been planned to meet the demands of today's tech-savvy clients.
With a feature set that includes six airbags, ABS, hill-start assistance, and stability control, the new Seltos has put safety first. Up to 21 autonomous features, including adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assistance, and collision avoidance aids, are available on higher models thanks to Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), which are often found in more expensive sectors.
Three 1.5-liter engines, a naturally aspirated petrol, a turbo-petrol, and a diesel unit, are available under the hood of the Seltos. To accommodate various driving tastes, these are partnered with a range of gearboxes, including manual, iMT, CVT, and DCT.
The 2018 Seltos is competitive in the fiercely competitive midsize SUV market, with prices ranging from ₹10.99 lakh for the base model to ₹19.99 lakh for the top-end trim.
All things considered, Kia's most recent Seltos offers a compelling value proposition with its unique design, advanced technology, emphasis on safety, and adaptable powertrain options, hoping to appeal to a broad spectrum of SUV buyers throughout India.
