Delhi Traffic Challan: National Lok Adalat Offers Online Solution for Waiving Vehicle Fines

If you are already on the side of traffic law violation, from the wrong side of Delhi's traffic, you have brighter things to expect in future. A unique flagship program by Delhi Traffic Police called the National Lok Adalat is being hosted soon to help drivers settle their pending fines and avail an online way to fight traffic violations. With the National Lok Adalat scheduled for May 14, 2022, from 10 am to 3:30 pm, now you have information on how to waive off your Delhi vehicle challan online through the four methods listed below.

The course commences by getting the e-challan to be taken from the DTP website to facilitate people to dissolve their fines at their comfort from home. By following up with several simple steps, motorists can easily go through the online booking system and stand their cases in front of the magistrate of the National Lok Adalat.

Step 1: Download the e-challan from the parkplus before the National Lok Adalat, scheduled for May 14, 2022, from 10 am to 3:30 pm.

Step 2: Follow these steps:

  • Visit the website of Delhi Traffic Police Lok Adalat.

  • Log on to https://www.delhitrafficpolice.nic.in/special-lok-adalat or open https://vcourts.gov.in/virtualcourt/main.php directly.

  • Use your challan number to book online.

  • Download the notice.

  • Then, attend the court at the specified time and date.

  • Show the challan to the Magistrate and request a reduction or cancellation of the penalty.

    During the National Lok Adalat, motorists can have their challans waived or reduced at various court locations across Delhi, including the Delhi High Court, Rouse Avenue Court, Patiala House Court, Tis Hazari Court, Karkardooma Court, Dwarka Courts, and Saket Courts.
