
This August, the Indian EV market is buzzing as carmakers are giving massive discounts in order to increase sales before the festive season. Mainstream brands are also giving huge discounts on upmarket electric crossovers, affordable city hatchbacks and even exchange bonuses.

The biggest winner on discounts is the facelifted Kia EV6 GT-Line AWD, which now has a new battery and redesigned interior. The buyers may now receive benefits of more than Rs 10 lakh, which makes this an enhanced high-end electric SUV.
The stiff competition Mahindra XUV400 is facing is the reason why Mahindra is providing discounts of up to Rs 3 lakh. MY2024 stock is weeks away and dealers are making huge liquidations.
Recent price revision is putting up to Rs 2.5 lakh off on MG ZS EV. Meanwhile the small Comet EV can be bought with a discount between Rs 50,000 to 60,000 depending on the variant. It does not have any discount offer on the new Windsor EV.
