There are specific documents you must sign when buying an automobile. According to RTO regulations, there are a number of forms you must submit and requirements you must execute. Like when you purchase a car, you must follow particular steps and submit forms mandated by law. These documents, which have been covered above, are intended for use when you want to sell your used car.

Form 30 RTO needs to be filled as an application for the intimation and transfer of the ownership of your vehicle. Once you have submitted RTO Form 29, the next step is to fill and submit RTO Form 30. The RTO Form 30 requests the RTO to transfer the ownership of the vehicle as soon as possible. RTO Form 30 mentions that all upcoming legalities regarding the vehicle being sold must be transferred to the vehicle's new owner. Once your vehicle is sold to the buyer, you must complete and submit RTO Form 30 to the RTO within 14 days. Like RTO Form 29, you will need two copies of Form 30 RTO.
