Similarly, the newly introduced Aston Martin Valhalla can run only 9 km in pure electric mode.
The Revuelto is the first Lamborghini car to use a plug-in hybrid powertrain, which is a major milestone. The Revuelto stands out as the first Lamborghini to ever use a fully hybrid drivetrain, although previous models, such as the Sian FKP 37 and Countach LPI 800-4, included a mild hybrid technology to improve low-speed driveability.
The model, which was unveiled in conjunction with the automaker's 60th anniversary, illustrates how far Lamborghini has come since its founder founded the business out of spite.
The Revuelto is far more potent than the Aventador, which was its predecessor. This is made possible by a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 coupled with three electric motors, each of which produces 150 PS (148 HP), and a 3.8 kWh lithium-ion battery that provides a range of 10 km (6 miles) without emissions. The front wheels are driven by two electric motors, and the third is included in the transmission, which is located behind the engine.
