The Last Lamborghini Huracán Unit Says Goodbye to India, Capping a 12-Year Legacy
Following a 12-year run, Lamborghini has officially concluded the trip of its renowned V10-powered Huracán in India with the delivery of the final unit.
Lamborghini's performance lineup is entering a new era with the hybrid-powered Temerario replacing the famous supercar.
For those who love fast cars, Lamborghini's delivery of the final Huracán supercar to India is a touching milestone. An impressive Grigio Acheso-finished Huracán Tecnica with custom 20-inch Ad Personam "Aesir" wheels and lime-green brake callipers that stood out against the black interior was the last car to be delivered to an Indian owner.
Since its launch in 2014, the Huracán has been one of Lamborghini's best-selling vehicles in India, selling 252 units over the course of more than a decade. It swiftly gained a reputation for fusing amazing performance with daily practicality after replacing the Gallardo.
The Tecnica, the last Huracán delivered, was the best model in the V10-powered series. Through a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox, its 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine drove the back wheels with 640 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque.
With a top speed of 325 km/h, this powerful combination allowed for a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 3.2 seconds.
This model offered a well-balanced mix of performance and dynamics appropriate for both road and track use, falling between the ordinary Huracán EVO and the track-focused STO.
Now that Lamborghini has delivered the last Huracán, the company is focusing on the Temerario, its successor. As the company embraces hybrid technology and combines electric power with traditional high-performance features to suit changing emissions standards and customer expectations, this next-generation supercar represents a significant transition for the brand.
The Temerario is anticipated to start deliveries in India in the second quarter of 2026, marking the start of a new era for the Italian carmaker on Indian roads.
Lamborghini's history in India comes to an end with the Huracán's exit from the Indian market. Supercar fanatics will continue to celebrate its history long after production is finished, because of its unforgettable V10 soundtrack and intense performance.
