The Tata Safari teaser image shows a revamped front end with a light bar running across the width of the car, the front section has been redesigned with a new blanked off grille. The front fascia is now more muscular.
We can expect a light bar at the rear section as well with reworked tail lamp unit and bumper. The front light bar doubles up as dynamic indicators. And the LED headlamp units are likely to be vertically stacked.
In terms of features, the SUV is likely to get a 12.3-inch infotainment unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, panoramic sunroof, powered front and rear seats, and connected car tech with smartphone connectivity to name a few.
The safety suite is likely to include a 360 degree camera, six airbags, ESP, traction control, hill hold assist, and hill descent control among others.
The Tata Safari facelift is likely to be powered by the same 2.0-litre, turbocharged diesel engine that produces 167 bhp of power and 350 Nm of peak torque. And we can expect a 1.5-litre, turbocharged petrol unit as well.
The Tata Safari facelift is likely to come with a sticker price ranging from Rs. 15-27 lakh ex-showroom.
