The EV SUV had a seven-inch unit on the outgoing model and the new 10.25-inch unit is borrowed from Harrier and Safari. The new 10.25-inch touchscreen unit comes with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The user interface has also been redesigned and features a voice assistant compatible with six languages and can process over 180 voice commands. The screen also features a 1920x720 high-resolution display.
Other features on the Tata Nexon EV Max include 16-inch alloy wheels, LED taillamps, fog lights, black ORVMs, skid plates, LED DRLs, and projector headlamps among others. The E-SUV also gets cruise control, ventilated seats, TPMS, an electric parking brake, a wireless charger, and an air purifier to name a few.
The Tata Nexon EV Max uses a 40.5 kWh battery pack that produces 143 bhp of power and 250 Nm of peak torque. The company claims a 0-100 kmph sprint in less than nine seconds and the claimed top speed is 140 kmph. It also gets three drive modes: Eco, City and Sport, and multiple regen modes as well.
The Tata Nexon EV Max is offered in two trims: Prime and Max, with a price range that starts from Rs. 16.49 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs. 19.54 lakh.
