The Rolls Royce La-Rose Noire breaks cover and it is the brand’s first two-seater roadster. The company says that it represents the “absolute pinnacle” of the brand's coachbuilding skills.
The La-Rose Noire Drop Tail has a monocoque chassis made of aluminium, steel and carbon fibre. It is 5.3 m long and 2.0 m wide. The exterior features include blade shaped haunches and large carbon fibre rear diffuser among others.
The dashboard houses a bespoke Audemars Piguet watch that uses a clasp mechanism. The switchgear has been concealed with only three buttons exposed and the centre console can be moved as well.
The cabin upholstery has been finished in a strong colour and the interior wooden panel is made of black sycamore.
The Rolls Royce La-Rose Noire is powered by a 6.75-litre V12 engine that produces 592 bhp of power and 840 Nm of peak torque. We can expect a 0-100 kmph sprint in less than 5.0 seconds and a top speed of 250 kmph.
The company has not revealed the price of the La-Rose Noire but we can expect that it costs more than £20 million (Rs. 211 crore).
