Renault Triber Evolution Variant of 2025 goes to the dealers

The Triber, a mid-life facelift of Renault India, sub-four-metre, MPV, is already on its way to Indian dealerships, after a facelift last week. The mid-spec Evolution trim that offers the balance of value, updated styling, and necessary modernity is one of the most discussed ones. The facelifted vehicle retails around 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom).

Triber has remained popular with Indian families owing to its functionality with the 7-seater arrangement and economical engine. The new model is offered in nine attractive colour variations, being displayed with Ice Cool White finish, and in the form of four different versions: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion.

Exterior Updates in the Evolution Trim

On the outside, the Evolution variant sports several visual upgrades, including:

  • A redesigned front and rear bumper

  • Glossy black grille with the new Renault logo

  • Sleek projector headlamps

  • Blacked-out ORVMs and door handles

  • Steel wheels with body-coloured B-pillars

  • Wraparound two-piece tail lamps

  • Glossy black tailgate insert and updated “Triber” badging

These elements bring a sharper, more urban-friendly appearance to the MPV.

Interior Features & Safety Tech

Inside the Evolution variant, Renault has bundled in thoughtful additions to enhance comfort and connectivity:

  • 8-inch touchscreen infotainment with wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

  • Coloured TFT driver’s display

  • Tilt-adjustable steering

  • Reverse parking camera

  • Safety features like six airbags, TPMS, hill-start assist, traction control, and ESP

The Evolution variant makes a strong case for itself in the value-for-money segment by offering several high-end safety features usually seen in top trims.

Engine & Performance

Powering the 2025 Triber remains the same 1.0-litre, three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine delivering 71 bhp and 96 Nm of torque. The Evolution variant is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox, while an AMT option is reserved for the top-spec Emotion trim.

With the Evolution variant now reaching dealerships, Renault is set to offer a well-rounded and practical MPV to Indian buyers seeking a feature-loaded 7-seater under a budget.
